How does the application process work?

The good news first: it only takes three minutes to apply via our job portal. Once we have received your documents via the job portal, we look forward to getting to know you personally. In most cases, you can expect an initial interview with our recruitment team and the specialist department. We also use this opportunity to tell you a bit about us, because cultural fit is important for both sides. This is then usually followed by another interview. If you have any questions about our application process, please contact us at recruiting@commerzreal.com.

Should you wish to enquire about open positions or your current applications, you can always find the responsible recruiter in the job advertisement.

Can I submit an unsolicited application?

Of course! You can also fill in an unsolicited application on our job portal. Please use this option as we are not always able to respond to applications in e-mails for data protection reasons.

Is there also a dual study programme at Commerz Real?

Yes, of course, even with many different specialisations, we offer dual courses of study. Together with the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University, for example, we are training the real estate management experts of tomorrow. You can find all our job advertisement on our job portal.

Absolutely, yes! Our trainee programme is a real success story and spans across all our fields of work. As a trainee, you will not only get to know the whole of Commerz Real in 24 months, you will also be responsible for your projects from day one.
