Commerz Real leases 6,000 square metres in Singapore to Wework
Commerz Real has leased approx. 6,000 square metres in its office building Robinson Road 71 in Singapore to Wework. The provider of co-working areas is domiciled in New York and is thus making its entry in the Southeast Asia region. At present the company manages around ten million square metres of office space for freelancers, start-ups and smaller companies as well as larger enterprises.
The concept of Wework suits the property in an ideal manner because it allows existing as well as new tenants to cover their additional needs through co-working areas.

Erected in 2009, the building has approx. 22,000 square metres of leasable office space on 13 storeys, plus two storeys with parking spaces, and is now fully leased following the new agreement with Wework. The property has been in the portfolio of the Commerz Real open-ended real estate fund hausInvest since 2008.
