Spaces and Banco Santander to move into the Omniturm
The co-working provider Spaces and Spain’s Banco Santander have together leased approx. 8,000 square metres in Frankfurt’s Omniturm, with Spaces alone occupying some 6,500 square metres. This was announced by Commerz Real, which has just acquired the building for its open-ended real estate fund hausInvest. Tishman Speyer, the project developer of the office and residential tower at Große Gallusstraße 16-18, had concluded the lease agreements immediately prior to the sale.

Spaces, a subsidiary of International Workplace Group, which also includes Regus, will open its first site in Frankfurt’s central business district in the Omniturm in September 2019 and make available some 600 flexible workspaces. In addition to such workspaces in the open co-working area, it is also providing individual and team offices, as well as a barista service. Banco Santander will relocate to the Omniturm from its current site on Bockenheimer Landstraße, likewise in September 2019.
The tenancies were brokered by All Office Centers (Spaces) and Black Olive (Banco Santander).
