Leipzig/Halle Airport buys multifunctional building for 5.8 million euros from Commerz Real
Flughafen Leipzig/Halle GmbH has purchased a multifunctional building on the airport grounds from the Commerz Real closed-end real estate fund CFB 113 for approx. 5.8 million euros. Thus the company, which has leased the property with a floor space of 3,990 square metres since 1997, has made use of its purchase right after 22.5 years. In this manner the airport operator had already acquired Terminal B from the Commerz Real CFB 72 fund in August 2018.
This is a successful conclusion in every respect to an investment that has developed as originally forecast.
