Commerz Real leases out more than 2,200 square metres in Frankfurt’s Eurotheum

• Occupancy rate now 95 per cent

Commerz Real has leased out a total of more than 2,200 square metres in the Eurotheum office ensemble in Frankfurt am Main to three companies, the largest lease being over 1,300 square metres of the global payment technology company Visa. Thus the occupancy rate at the former seat of the European Central Bank has now risen to approx. 95 per cent. At the beginning of 2017 this figure was still around 50 per cent. Only some spaces on the 12^st and 18^th floors are now available to potential tenants.

The 110-metre-high Eurotheum has over 21,150 square metres of office space, which may be leased in units starting from just less than 250 square metres. In addition to the interactive lobby with a concierge service, other services provided include a computing centre, conference rooms and catering. Furthermore, from the beginning of 2018 onwards the “You Grand – Night & Day Lounge” with its open kitchen will be supplementing the gastronomic offerings. Floors 22 to 29 accommodate the hotel “Innside Frankfurt Eurotheum”, a part of the Melia hotel chain. Its sky-bar and additional conference rooms may also be utilised by office tenants.
