Commerz Real leases out an additional 1,200 square metres near Milan
Commerz Real has leased out approx. 1,200 square metres in its office property “The Edison Center” in Sesto San Giovanni near Milan to Optimo Next srl, a company for designing, developing and managing integrated digital document management systems. The investment and asset manager has thus been able to conclude new leases for a total of some 14,000 square metres in the property at Viale Tommaso Edison 110 this year.
“The Edison Center” has been in the portfolio of the Commerz Real open-ended real estate fund hausInvest since 2007 and was completed in 2009. The 32,600 square metres of office space are predominantly leased to international companies. The three buildings in the corporate office complex have 515 parking spaces and provide a direct connection to Milan central station and the city centre via the underground line M1. In addition, the periphery of Milan is easily reached via the A4 and A54 motorways.
