Commerz Real fund sells commercial real estate near Cottbus to envia Mitteldeutsche Energie AG

The energy provider envia Mitteldeutsche Energie AG (enviaM) has purchased its operating premises and administration building, as well as the adjoining warehouse, in Kolkwitz near Cottbus. Thus the company is exercising its right to acquire the property with a leasable area of approx. 9,700 square metres and which was built in 1998. The seller is the Commerz Real real estate leasing funds CFB 136 Cottbus KG. It was agreed that confidentiality be maintained on the purchase price.

CFB 136 was issued in 2000 as a classical leasing fund and is now being wound up. For the investors in the fund the sale means revenues amounting to 16.65 per cent of their nominal participation, in addition to the planned pay-out of 8.26 per cent for 2019.
