Commerz Real reports that “Place de Seine” in Paris is now full leased

Commerz Real has leased out the last remaining office areas in the Parisian office complex “Place de Seine”, which is part of the portfolio of the open-ended real estate fund hausInvest. The newest tenant is the health and cosmetics company LGP Systems.

Located in the Parisian business district Neuilly-Levallois, “Place de Seine” has a total net floor area of approx. 28,600 square metres, incl. substantial general areas and a restaurant. Following the departure of one of the main tenants in 2015, just over 10,000 square metres of office space became vacant. This area was subsequently modernised, the general areas upgraded and new services developed for the tenants. Moreover, in line with the new risk-optimising multi-tenant strategy of hausInvest the property was repositioned. As a consequence it was possible to acquire ten new tenants and to retain a number of sitting tenants. In addition to the modernised office space, among other things an auditorium, a concierge service, conference rooms and showers are available to the tenants.
