New Work
Over the past few years, we have been working intensively on the topic of the Future Workplace. As long ago as 2018 we created an initial test area for new concepts of work design with our DigitalWerk, with the aim of learning as much as possible about how our employees would like to work in the future, and how work and event spaces can be designed as sustainably as possible. The result of the journey is our com.work project, which serves as an umbrella term for our flexible, sustainable and efficient work culture. A big step towards greater well-being lies in offering every employee an individual and pleasant working environment, both in the conventional office and when working in the home office. Regardless of Corona, up to 40% of the weekly working time may be spent in the home office, therefore.
All the rooms and offices at our locations can be booked easily and flexibly using our specially developed com.desk software, which is available to all employees. In addition, we like to enhance the working atmosphere to an even greater degree by providing our employees with fresh fruit, many types of cereals, various drinks and other snacks free of charge every day.
The creativity and cohesion that arise from non-virtual meetings are still promoted and maintained. com.work is also intended to serve as an agile method for creating ideas, because working environments will continue to change in the future.
